Shipping & Handling

Once you have placed an order on our web, we will contact you on the next business day by email or calling. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and for you to get the most out of your laser machines. Our online sales representatives with review your order and contact you with estimated delivery date.

Shipping Methods

All XINCHENG machines can be shipped worldwide by sea, by air or by international express logistics via DHL, FEDEX, UPS. You are welcome to get a free quotation by filling up the form with name, email, detailed address, product and requirements, we will shortly contact you with the full information including the most suitable delivery method (fast, secure, discreet) and freight. Our machines firstly should be packaged well in a free-fumigation wooden crate. Usually, we deliver the large size and weight above 100KG machine by sea, sometimes, as customer's requirements, we can also deliver by air or by train. When the machine arrived at your sea port or destination, you can pick up with the bill of lading we offered. We can also arrange the cargo agent to send to your door.

Shipping Time

By sea: 15-30 days, products include: desktop laser engraver, fiber laser cleaning machine, fiber laser welding machine, fiber laser welding machine, fiber laser cutting machine, EDM drilling machine.

By air: 7-15 days. Larger volume machines or customer's request.

By international express TNT/DHL/UPS: 7-15 days, products include split laser marking machine and its accessories, portable EDM broken tap remover, EDM drilling machine.

Shipping Rates

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.

Shipment Tracking

The process is relatively simple and well organized. Once your machine is picked up from our factory, the shipment will be assigned a delivery number. This is the tracking number for your shipment. We will contact you with the tracking information and the website where you will be able to monitor your shipment. 

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates. 

Damaged Shipments

We carefully select our carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process (if needed). Shipping Tips

The global shipping costs will rise in unstable condition during the COVID-19 pandemic, and some shipping schedules have been extended. Please confirm the shipping rate and shipping schedule with our sales manager before shipping.
