Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty Policy

All new machines from XINCHENG carry a two-year warranty that is effective from the date of shipping. XINCHENG guarantees all new machines sold to be free of manufacturers’ defective workmanship, parts and materials. We will repair or replace, without charge, any parts determined by XINCHENG to be a manufacturer’s defect. We require that the defective item/part be returned to XINCHENG with the complaint. In the event the item/part is determined to be damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning, and/or misuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost to replace the item/part, plus all related shipping charges. This limited warranty does not apply to natural disasters; acts of terrorism; normal wear and tear; product failure due to lack of maintenance or cleaning; damage caused by accident, neglect, lack of or inadequate dust collection; and/or misuse/abuse or damage caused where repair or alterations have been made or attempted by others. 

Notes: All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. Returned item without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted. Please contact us before return and our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours.


Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

2. Items received with the manufacturer’s defect.

3. Undamaged, unworn item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.


Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.

2. Damged, worn, used or misused items.


Return Process and Time Frame

Replacement parts/ accessories/ machines are sent free of charge providing the item being replaced is returned to XINCHENG within 30 days.

Please keep all the packaging materials to repack the parts / accessories / machine being replaced. If the item is a small item a return label will be enclosed in your package. Do not throw this away. Please package the item and write both inside and outside of

the box the RMA number which was provided through an email and or verbally at the time of the request. In the event that the item is not returned to XINCHENG, you will be responsible for the cost of the item. Your account will be billed. No service will be

given until this balance is paid or the item returned in good condition. 


Return Shipping Costs And Address

1.All the products should be returned to our company: No.256 Tanggong East Road,Laocheng District, Luoyang, Henan, China 471000.

2.If US customers, we acccept return products to our US after salse center with following address: 247 Cayuga Rd. 25C Buffalo, NY 14225, United States.

3.Please contact us for any return questions, we will help you in time.

4.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

5.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
