Returnable Products

You may return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following criteria:

  1. Faulty products that are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  2. Products received in the incorrect model.
  3. Unused products that do not meet your expectations within 30 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Products

We are unable to accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Products outside of the 30-day return period.
  2. Products that have been damaged due to improper use or maintenance.

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be authorized by our team via the Support Center.
  • Refunds will only be processed after confirmation that the correct product has been returned in good condition.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return process. Please directly contact the logistics provider for any shipping-related issues.

Returns Process & Time-Frame

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. If your product is eligible for return (refer to the criteria above), submit a request to our support center at zane@sfxlaser.com. Include your Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours and provide return instructions along with the return address.
  3. Return the product as per our instructions and provide proof of return, such as the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
  4. Once we receive the returned product, we will contact you and arrange for either an exchange or a refund within 3 business days.

Please allow 3-6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this time, please refer to the following refund processing times:

  • Credit Card Refunds: Please allow 7-14 business days for the transaction to be processed.
  • PayPal Refunds: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 48 hours.

Return Shipping Costs & Address

We will provide you with a return address once your return request is approved, typically a local service address.

  • If the return is due to the consumer’s reasons (e.g., change of mind), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping fee will vary based on the carrier you choose.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect products), the consumer will not be responsible for the return shipping fee.
