Worldwide Shipping
We ship to nearly every country worldwide, partnering with trusted international carriers to ensure that your package arrives quickly and securely. We also offer free flat-rate shipping on all our products to most destinations.
Order Confirmation
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any specific requests or changes to your order, please inform us as soon as possible, before your product enters the processing stage.
Order Processing
Our team will conduct thorough quality control checks on your machines and ensure they are properly packed before shipment.
- After confirming your order and receiving full payment (100% deposit), we will begin production.
- Building your machine will take approximately 2-3 working days.
- We will then run 48 hours of continuous testing to ensure the laser beam quality meets our high standards.
- Once completed, your machine will be sent to the carrier for shipping and customs clearance.
Shipping Methods
- For small and light laser machines (laser cleaners, laser welders, portable laser markers), we ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 7-10 days to your doorstep.
- For larger and heavier laser machines (fiber laser cutting machines), we ship via sea freight & truck. Delivery generally takes 45-60 days to your doorstep.
Delivery & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking details to appear on the carrier’s website. If the tracking number is not yet active, please check again later.
- Rest assured, the estimated delivery time remains valid even if the tracking updates are delayed.
